This pattern was designed by Jacqueline de Jonge. She is an extremely talented artist and quilt designer. She lives in The Netherlands.

A lot of quilters find the hexagon a very difficult pattern… But the hexagon is so nice to make and you can make so many different patterns with a hexagon block. Jacqueline has made several hexagon quilts: Celebration, Morning Glory Curling Colors and Light into Darkness.

She loves to work as precise as she can and with a sewing machine it is not that hard and the result…… Olalla is so gorgeous!
